as with the large salad bowl, the salt and pepper shakers have a semi-sphere embedded in a cylinder on a small scale, resulting in a uniform appearance. the salt and pepper mills also remain true to the cylindrical basic shape, the grinders are made of ceramic. as with the rest of the cylinda line series, the stainless steel is brushed horizontally, so that the body diffuses the light, the material appears softer and supports the organics of the roundness of the cylinder
