poster original bauhaus | schlemmer figures

the poster for the anniversary exhibition “original bauhaus”. the bauhaus only existed for 14 years in germany, however its ideas are passed on over 100 years. its products are reissued, imitated, or developed. in 2019 as part of the 100^th anniversary of the founding of bauhaus the bauhaus-archiv/museum für gestaltung showed famous, well known, and forgotten bauhaus origninals in the berlinische gallerie and told the stories behind these objects. on display are art and design from the collection of the bauhaus-archiv, special loans from international collections and artistic positions that take a new look at the bauhaus legacy.
